The material that follows is a composite of three systems. Originally this list was compiled by leifmk, I then modified it for use with Shadowrun by adding Essence and Availibility information. I also added a few pieces of cyberwear here and there (aside from those pieces not on the original list but available in Shadowrun).

Cost

Most of these systems look and feel entirely natural if bought at full price (i.e. you need a medical scanner check to reveal their very existence). However, systems marked with a (*) can be had in cheaper versions which are less perfectly disguised.

50% Cost = a system which looks real from a few meters away but can be seen as artificial up close
20% Cost = a system which is obviously artificial (ie. a metallic cyberarm which makes a low humming noise when moved.)

Essence

The amount the recipient's Essence is reduced.

Availability

The first number is a modifier to the fixer/contact's roll (or Streetwise - 2 - the mod) to find the item. Each point of success reduces the time by 1/12 (8.25%); Critical success cuts the time to 1/12 and gets a 10% discount; Critical failure results in provision of a defective part in standard time (or less if the GM feels sneaky... yeah, it's available...).

Quality: The quality/class of the shop. High quality establishments have to special order cheaper versions. Med quality shops have a 50/50 chance of having a 50% cheaper part in stock, but generally do not stock 20% cheaper parts. Low quality joints will have a 50/50 chance for 20% cheaper or 50% cheaper, and will not stock the good stuff.
Size: Indicates whether the shop is an outlet/supplier or a small custom shop.
Base Roll: The effective skill of the shop to provide the piece. If this value is split, the second number indicates the avialibility of illegal wares. Unlike street vendors, if the shop is out of a LEGAL ware it can order it at double regular time, modified by the Time factor.
Time: The modification to the base time to get the item.
Cost: The modification to the base cost. Split cost indicates a second mod for illegal wares.
Surgeon: The skill of the person installing the cyberware. Use 1/2 the availability mod as a mod to the Surgeon's roll. Failure indicates 1 lost day and a second attempt. Critical Failure or a second failure will require immediate medical attention to prevent loss of the area to be modified. GM: be creative. Examples: replacement of a hand results in arm loss, muscular/skeletal enhancements result in limb loss, neurological enhancements can result in total paralysis and/or require an Omni-Link Nerve Web to replace the CNS, etc.

Recovery

Recovery times assume that proper TL8 medical attention is available. If this is not the case, double recovery time for each lower TL. If medical attention of a higher TL is available, halve the time for each higher TL.

Mass

If a system has non-negligible mass, that mass will be permanently added to the character's body mass and encumbrance.

Power

The unit used to measure power requirements is equivalent to one standard TL8 AA cell; each larger type of cell holds 10 times as much power as the one before it.
